Bristol Republic, a BBQ & Southern concept in the Short North, is hiring a self-driven Kitchen Supervisor that is committed to delivering highest quality of food, product standards, sanitation and safety. We are growing this concept, so there is room for advancement.

Experience leading a Back-of-the-House team and executing a standardized menu is imperative.

Essential Duties:

• Lead the work of food and line production team, while holding them accountable.
• Exhibit working knowledge of inventory, ordering, and line checks.
• Maintain sanitation procedures and organization of work area adhering to all HACCP regulations.
• Maintain food storage, receiving, rotating & stocking as par levels dictate.
• 2 years of current kitchen leadership/ supervisory experience, in high volume establishments is a must
• Culinary degree a plus.
